, and how do you see it advancing under continued obama administration? and what is the government supposed to do, what might happen if they can't get legislation passed? >> i wouldn't put it in a box under each administration. this is an issue that is a significant threat to our nation. is a threat to our financial security. it's a threat to our national security. it's got to be taken seriously regardless of who is in office. ideally what i would like to see is somebody in the white house, in office perhaps, that is responsible for coordinating this across the entire government. as a direct report to the president of the trade. somebody who's got the authority of the president of the united states to make decisions, and to coordinate this across the sectors. there's no single government agency that has the ability, the capacity to respond to this or to work this. people talk about nsa all the time, and general alexander i think is a real patriot is someone who cares about this country and he's got great capability, but that is one piece of the solution.
